I have been gone for a while due to not being happy with T:V. I still play T1 here and there to release from the days work load. I decide to pop into TW and see what the latest news was in the Tribal Soap opera and on the first page of the forums I was surprised to see posts about T1.
I would like to host a base server on a dedicated T1 line in Dallas Texas. I just need to know what is needed these days to run the server.
I think before you needed to run Zadmin and some other stuff to keep the Dos attacks down. Can anyone help me out with and point me in the right direction?
Server will be on a T1 with almost all bandwidth dedicated to Tribes
CPU 2.0 Ghz and 2 gig RAM probly a over kill but that’s the lowest end system I have and I think the server will run smooth as hell.
