Well except for the classified documents violations, election racketeering when he asked for 11,040 more votes even though his buddy assured him the count was correct, and fraud where his team lied about his inflated wealth to banks.

Personally I’d like to see any politician held to the same standards as a regular taxpayer would be treated. If me or you intentionally violated classified document handling or lying to banks about assets we would be doing jail time.

Hillary and Biden also should be jailed IMO.

The President decides what is classified and what isn't. Trump was president and had documents. Trump even complied with the requests to fortify his storage.

Meanwhile Biden had documents that shouldn't have even left congress stored in cardboard boxes in his garage and offices he wasn't even using.
