Well I went to the grocery store and got them to mince up some filet mignon.
I barely seared 1/3 of the beef and put the rest raw in a bowl with a raw egg, onion, garlic powder, and a few other spices.
I am now dining on the concoction with some toast and Sam Adams' White Ale.
Im in that kinda mood to throw the caution of food poisoning to the wind...
