if the shutdown prevents tax returns from being paid out, and our next weeks paycheck has federal taxes withdrawn from it, does that constitute taxation without representation?
 
The people will decide that. Let's start talking about this word:
Expulsion. Grounds - failure to perform duties and treason. (Or just wrap it up nicely into a national security risk and failure to protect America)

Congress doesn't need trump to end the shutdown. They could work together and end it now with veto override. So dysfunctional. Too many loud mouth tea baggers on one side and commies on the other
