...and I find that someone has copy and pasted a customer support convo that she had with a tech...

It included her:
Full Name
Address
Home Tele Number
Refund Case Number

...what is wrong with people? This chick is ripe for some social engineering
 
some of the FAQs pop up on the right side of your screen when you have turbotax open. some of them = lolpicard

makes you wonder how annoying for IRS people to track down these idiots who did everything wrong
 
because I'm not a douche I clicked the "report abuse" button... I hope someone will remove her info.. but I'm amazed someone would do something like that

I'd call her but thats one step past stupid
