[NWS]so i just got a new system for free -- is it any good??[NWS]

its a P4 2.8 GHz

1 GB of Kingston HyperX 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) (its dual channel, two 512mb sticks)

GeForce FX 5900XT

now i don't know too much about computers (performance wise), but will this system run the top-end games fine? the only thing that seems like it might be lacking is the video card, but i dont really know.

also, about how much could I sell these parts for:

an AMD Athlon 1.33 GHz processor
an ECS K7VTA3 mobo
a Kingston KNE111TX NIC card
a GeForce4 MX 440AGP vid card (by PNY Technologies, Inc)
a 256mb stick of DDR 266 RAM:)-P)
a 300W Codegen ATX Powersupply(used for about 3 weeks)
a Creative SoundBlaster 16PCI sound card
one set of ANTEC SATA cables(i dont know how to better describe these)

It will be ok, but in BF2, even with an upgrade video card you will be stuck on medium detail, with that processor.
 
i skinny chick w/ big C's last night and i don't regret it (5'1" 105 lbs)

and im happy cuz i got EVERYTHING for free an its a hell of an upgrade from my old computer(which are mainly the parts im trying to sell)

No, you won't. BF2 is completely GPU limited at high settings; I just tested it against a bunch of Athlon 64's(that's another story entirely) between 2800+(1.8ghz) and 3400+(2.4ghz), the framerate didn't budge more than a single frame. He is going to be completely GPU limited here.
 
Ok computer needs at least a x800pro or 6800GT to play the newest at good quality and settings.
 
ok well what about prices for the old computer parts so i can put them up in classifieds?

i have no idea, really
