don't feel like deboning, and in a new place so i dont have a bbq yet so not too sure the best way to use these.
i have a convection oven gas range cockpot etc..

Crockpot, the skin, bones and meat will separate. Make a casserole with some tomato, cumin and cinnamon, perhaps some preserved lemon peel for Moroccan feel.
