What type of music/bands do you listen to when working out? I find music really helps put me in a mind set for lifting weights.

I always end up having to bring my own tunes because the stuff the gym plays is about as stimulating as a handjob from your own grandma.
 
I don't play any specific genre, just whatever current favourites I have, but definetly having the right music (at least to me) makes a big difference. If I'm running on the treadmill while listening to songs that are getting me in the mood, I barely notice the time passing, but if I'm sick of the stuff I'm listening to then I often lose interest and end up counting down every second.

One specific band that I've been listening to a lot lately has been My Chemical Romance. They have some pretty catchy stuff.
 
I actually like metal when lifiting but I never listen to it any other time. I have a bugger of a time finding good stuff b/c i am not familiar w/ the genre.
