[RUSH] what are their best albums or songs

zodie

Veteran XX
i'm trying to get into them, as they've influenced a lot of bands i really like (see sig for details)

GO!!!

anything before 1982

If you're talking about Signals, I liked it. But yeah, Permanent Waves, Moving Pictures, Hemispheres, A Farewell To Kings, 2112, Caress of Steel. .all favorites of mine. I didn't like Fly By Night much. .horrible recording.

So many good ones but their story albums like Hemisphere's or 2112 are just awesome. Granted these were made when people actually listened to whole albums with songs beyond 3 min. But there are rhythm and solo parts in those albums that are kick ass.

Themed rock albums by artists such as Rush, Pink Floyd, Alan Parsons, etc should really listened to from start to finish

i like hearing everyone recommending albums instead of songs
a sign of a strong band

i'll start from the beginning
