Ive already got a flag timer and now im in need of a rover timer if possible time till it respawns after its killed and time for respawn when abandoned.

How are you gonna trigger the death of the rover?

Thats the tricky part. Seeings how there isnt a system message about it not sure if that makes it easier or not.

Isn't there a message popup somewhere that says "So and So killed the X"

X being a person or a vehicle?

For gens and sensors yes, not for flags IIRC.
