Okay, finally got around to getting this one out.

This version keeps track of server reboot's and attempted crashes(kinda fun to watch) and IP logs any attempted crashes!
It's very basic at the moment, but I plan to add a host of other things to make it *at least* on par with the Tribes 2 version of ISpawn. This won't cure lockups, but it should with the next build release.
