I've been talking to some of Obital123's friends and they put me on the trail. First with subtle hints, then later they helped me piece it together. This effort is the culmination of 100s of seconds of work.

Obviously the first picture is incorrect because its written in Cyrillic and absent would never have anything to do with those Slavic bastards.
