I used a rumble motor from a PSX controller, piece of flat metal bent to a L shape, guitar string, bic pen, straight pin, twist ties, a tiny bit of solder, and a pencil eraser.

It's a strange contraption. Will provide pics upon request.

yeah, i knew someone who gave himself one. it looked really shitty. it was like someone drew on him with pen... but then it never came off. this guy was pretty stupid, so there's probably much better ways to do it.
