Financially made sense with a 100k mortgage and 1st year university at 19.

my '79 toyota 4x4. i just finished building and installing an '82 22R engine, and swapped in a 5 speed tranny and new clutch about 2 months ago. next step is redoing the gears(going to teach myself how to set ring and pinions up) and installing a rear locker, and redoing the suspension with a couple inches of lift and bigger tires.
 
dont have any pics of the car down here at the shop, but i'll take some tomorrow, the ride is getting a bath
