Post Covid-19 predictions and discussion

if we hadn't taken decisive early action we'd be sitting here with half the worlds active cases looking like completely incompetent morons

You mean while the Chinese government and the WHO kept this under wraps?

it might be easier if you start by explaining what in your mind has been done well so far ? seems like a smaller list
Trump should've told the left to fuck off and shut the fucking border down in Jan. That is literally the only thing he, as POTUS, could've legally done without shitting on the Constitution.

The left  at anyone discussing the virus from the beginning. The left has been calling Trump since 2014/15 a Fascist power hungry criminal and when Trump was presented with a prime opportunity to behave exactly like a power hungry fascist... he didn't, and left it up to the States exactly how it should've been done.

But now that Trump didn't do any of that, the very people who have been calling him a fascist are upset that Trump didn't act like a fucking fascist.

if we hadn't taken decisive early action...
Like shutting the borders down, canceling all foreign incoming travel except for legal citizens who return in complete lockdown, we might have slowed it down a LOT.

The only problem is if Trump did do that, and the numbers never ballooned like they did, the Jew controlled media would've never STFU about how all the brown people of the world is dying, and all the white people in the US is sheltered. "iTs NoT fAiR!" they would say.

It doesn't matter what position Trump would've taken, it would've been the wrong one.

Hindsight is YUGE for the kids who excelled in Critical Theory.

pack the churches and definitely don't wear masks cause they don't work, we're on the swedish model now

I am predicting that road rage incidents are going to rise sharply over the next 2 months. That's compared to the levels they were at pre-isolation. People are fucking angry and already don't remember how to behave. They have already lost the ability to control their emotions.

It's pretty depressing. We have front row seats to the demise of a super power. Dumb Americans can't help themselves from fucking their country over. The irony is that they see themselves as the solution and Donald Trump as the nation's savior. Can't fix stupid

yeah lol

obviously the solution is dumber americans that are too lazy to work and Joe Biden and/or Bernie Sanders

having almost half the entire worlds active cases is just a sign of how well this has been handled

it's been a 10/10 from the start

i remember when you fuck stains were complaining that trump wasn't doing enough, there wasn't enough testing here, blah blah blah, but now, we are the ones that are testing the most people, easily, which translates to bigger numbers of known cases, and now you fuckers are complaining that we are testing too much and the numbers are way too high.

ffs, nothing will ever be good enough for you whiny bitches. you just need something to bitch about.

we don't talk about ppe, testing, contact tracing, airport screening or anything useful anymore because there's no point, trump is never going to get his act together

it's been 4 months and they are not even trying

now we're on the swedish model where we just open up pump the old people full of hydroxychloroquine send all them all to church without masks

does it ever stop being true

worlds worst outbreak by a mile for months on end now and we're 38th in testing per capita

10/10 response

american exceptionalism

Let’s start by emphasizing that global comparisons of Covid-19 testing are tenuous because nations measure it differently.

Our World in Data, a research organization funded by philanthropists Bill and Melinda Gates, collects statistics from 50 nations and notes some countries count the total number of tests performed, others report the number of people tested, others tally the number of tests that have been analyzed. The organization says for many nations, it’s unclear what method is used. The group says the varied reporting does not produce "meaningful comparisons" of nations.

The U.S. does not have a central source of statistics on testing, most of which is done by private labs. A widely-cited unofficial count comes from The Covid Tracking Project, a data set that journalists and scientists collect statistics from states and localities - which also have different ways of compiling numbers.

But please keep screeching

What are you talking about?

In 2 months, if you want a test you can get one. Hospitals are empty not over run. We are donating ventilators. Contact tracing is facist, remember you calling him a dictator?

Seriously what are you talking about?
