Possible to make a Macro to perform a Tradeskill?

Im looking to make a macro or a script to perform a Transmute with just a button press. Anyone know if this is possible, or how i would go about doing it? Thanks

click the create button? transmutes have a long timer..

"click the create button" is'nt very helpful, and the transmute I am setting it up for has a 10 minute cooldown.

Not without a third party macro program. Blizzard obviously made theirs without timer settings.
