play with the half life 2 ragdoll

It's pretty silly to call this a half-life 2 demonstration.

Yes they bought the engine used to make those effects, but they've heavily edited and engineered it.

It'd be like using the Quake 1 engine and saying it was a Half-life demonstration because Half-life was based on the Quake 1 & 2 engines.
