Looks like the Power connector itself shorted, your blueray maybe ok. Looks like the 12Vdc wire (yellow) shorted to the DC return (Black). Your power supply maybe fuxored. hopefully it has an internal fuse you can change. if you clean out the connector really good. use alcohol and some emery cloth you can possibly put the smoke back in.
