Why the fuck am I getting 60-100% packet loss from 3pm-7pm out of nowhere? It's been two days now and I feel like it's going end up being some dumb fucking reason when the tech comes out tomorrow. Monday was the first day above 60 degrees in my area and my tap immediately decides to shit the bed. FUCK.
 
After a quick analysis I've concluded that there is an issue between 3pm and 7pm.
 
Hypothetically if I could pay a hitman to take you out, I would. Hypothetically of course.
 
Last time I had this problem it wound up being a loose connection from the cable box outside to my house.
 
I'm just gonna assume it's due to something getting too hot in my box.(hehe) Can splitters overheat?

I've been experiencing the exact same thing but Sunday was the first 60 degree day so we must not live in the same place.
 
wait 10 minutes
undue the coax cable from the wall and then reattach it LOL

i had someone tell me static build up can occur and doing that may fix things
