So I work for one of the 2 major airlines currently in the process of merging, companies follow 2 completely different business models when it comes to IT. One is 100% in-sourced, the other is 100% outsourced. The reservation system that is chosen dictates which companies systems when, Sabre(travelocity) vs Shares(HP). Sabre won, which will be announced in the next few weeks, so outsourcing won. Now time to transition my product, which was built and maintained by 5 developers locally to 30 developers in India and 25 in Argentina. Time to take my fraction of a penny from all those fees people keep paying for :)
 
You should outsource your threads to someone who works hard for pennies. Think about it, you could easily find someone in India who is far more interesting, charming, and polite than the OP, perhaps he could even become a cheap source of content for TW, picking up some work on the side.
