This is a top-down racer game similar to "SuperCars" of old, with a twist in that the physics are similar to that used in a regular sim, weight transfer, slip angles, etc, but toned down to make it drive-able with a top-down view.
It is being made by a pair of guys out in the frozen north someplace as a sort of hobby-project thing. I did the car physics bits and other misc stuff like AI (which is still horribly inept and usually ends up in a tree someplace).
Try it, if you will. It'd help if you could post comments on the forum for the game since it doesnt get..any traffic and I think these guys would appreciate some feedback after all the hours we've put into this.
There are no jetpacks, but on the upside there is also no shocklance and its usually more stable than Tribes2.
