those are giant japanesse hornets. they can grow to almost 2" long. and it's 30 of them vs 30,000 honeybees, they are actually much more rediculous then your initial claim. when they storm a hive, each one kills at up to 100 honeybees a minute. the honeybees are just about defenseless, thier stingers can't penetrate the hornet's armor.
the only natural defense the bees have is a few hundred will DOGPILE THE HORNET AND COOK IT TO DEATH. the lethal body temperature on the bee is 5ºC warmer than the hornet's.

those crazy japs make power drinks out of them.
