Thought it was a really good episode. At first I thought the dude locking up Gareth and co in the flashback at the end was Dwight from the comic teasing the upcoming Saviors story. Really looking forward to see how they handle Negan's character in the show.

apparently that guy at the end with the shit on his face is not negan. there's a side by side pic of him and the weird guy they let out of the container with the long hair and beard and it looks like the same person. not sure where they're going with that.

the bat thing with glenn was such a tease. i was just waiting for him to eat it the whole time.

i like how they got carver from the wire (black cop) for the priest in the next episode
