It's basically one of those stupid lean forward/lean back motocross games but with:


- an old man in a rocket powered wheelchair
- a guy on a segway
- a guy on a bike with his kid on the back
- a fat person on a scooter with a basket full of food
- and other unlockable characters

it also has intense gore.
