No post on new Abit AN8 Ultra

My new system has the little post code display and it gives me the code which means "Check CPU core voltage".

How can I do anything or check this if the system won't finish posting?
 
Well I fixed the earlier problem by connecting the extra 4pin power cord to the mobo, but now I have a post code of 0.4 which is not listed in the mobo manual.

I searched the internet and found lots of people who have gotten the 0.4 error, but no luck on any solutions. Maybe you guys have some ideas?
