Need Win2k server help/advice

I have the task of coming up with a password policy. Problem is 300 of my users are remote users, thus they do not authenticate on the domain so that knocks out a system policy.
Is there any other way to schedule password changes? or does it have to be make a policy and put the remote users on the honor system?

Any help is appreciated.

Outside of the extra leg work, you can put system policies on their local machines.

Thats not true. You can, but its a one time deal, im trying to get it to happen every few months.
