Need Upgrade Advice

I hate to do this, but I've fallen out of the loop on technology and I really want to get a system together that can handle T:V at a decent frame rate.

I'm on a AMD Thunderbird 1.4ghz, gf ti4200, 512 sdram, asus kv133a system right now that is barely playable.

How would my experience in T:V be with this system?

AMD 3200+ (512k cache, 2.2 ghz)
ASUS K8V Deluxe
ELSA Radeon 9600XT 128MB, 128-bit
1G(512MBx2) DDR PC-3200 Corsair Value Select Dual Channel

Case and PSU undecided, any suggestions would be great (leaning towards CoolerMaster Centurion 5 or Antec Sonata -- both around $100 with 380w PSUs).

Any help is appreciated.
 
That wouldn't be my choice of motherboard, but otherwise a good selection.

I can't really comment on the T:V performance.

Edit: After just reading a review of the 939 pin 3200, I highly recommend going with that instead. It's definately worth the extra money. Also, with this CPU, I would recommend ASUS's 939 counterpart to their K8V Deluxe, the A8V Deluxe.

I would suggest finding a good used 9700 Pro for around $100. It will work the 9600XT and it's cheaper.
