Need help in purchasing a new LCD monitor

I am looking on tigerdirect.com right now and see a 22" Acer LCD monitor for 169 and i am wondering if it's worth it. I have never purchased an Acer product and I was wondering how good they are if at all. Thanks in advance
 
U looking for just a cheap monitor or HDCP compliant for HD/BR viewing?

I just bought a 24" samsung t240HD with built in hdtvtuner from newegg. Its awesome. Paired with a $11 hdtv antenna from radioshack and I get free hd channels for my room :)

HD viewing would be nice, but its not that important to me. I just want a good monitor.
