My 2-point plan to bring economic recovery to the United States

First: Government incentiveizes private sector to manufacture green energy technology. Jobs created from this would be factory workers on par with auto-makers blue collar job, along with administrative, research, etc white collar jobs.

Second: Government uses its international "presence" to get most developed countries to sign into law legislation that mandates the uses of green technology. And much like with our weapons programs, it is cheaper for countries to import this green tech from us than it is to build up their own operations.

Most green energy is crap. Windmills are a joke. Hybrid cars are crap.

But if you can sell the world on the idea of green energy, that's all that matters.
