Since I brought this up in Locke's doom 2 done quick thread, and a couple people asked for the link, thought I'd start a thread for those interested.

Probably OFN to some, so deal with it.

Actually as I just noticed there's a completely new set of videos now too. The original with 15 parts at 1:37 and a newer one based on the EU version with 17 parts at 1:17.

It's a fairly long watch (obviously..) but it's pretty entertaining for fans of the game :)

The files are hosted via fileplanet, but there shouldn't be any wait times on the parts. I'd recommend getting an .avi joiner and splicing all the sections together if you plan on watching it all at once. Otherwise the movies are split by save points, so you could watch it in 'episodes' if you wished.

This one goes through a huge number of things in all of the metroid games and provides short movies for almost every single aspect of the games. I can't even begin to imagine how much time it took to gather all that.

edit: well it really only goes into full detail on Prime and Fusion but still provides some info on the rest.

somebody link to videos of that Quake shit, I don't have it installed so I can't watch demos :[
