The store owner sent drive to FBI first. FBI had it a year. FBI did nothing. Store owner sent one of the copies of hard drive to Guiliani. Same Guiliani that brought down the Mafia in NY.

the store owner covered his own ass by reporting it to the FBI, ok.

once rudy took possession of a new hard drive with the copied child porn on it he would also be required to report that to the police / FBI.

Did that and did one better. He also reported it to the Commander in Chief of the United States Military. This might come as a shock to you but Giuliani doesn't like criminals.
