Every once in awhile, Trump genuinely surprises me. His tweet to Kim to meet at the DMZ just to shake hands and say "Hello" for a couple of minutes is an awesome gesture. Say what you want about the man, I believe he is tough as nails when he is attacked but he is a good person when it comes down to it. This is a great way to improve relationships with people that don't exactly like us. Don is not a hawk. But don't fuck with him or the country. I like him more as he settles into office and the idiots are being brought out into the light for their recklessness.

I will say that Trump is in no way as bad as the people that work for or represent him (but imo he now works for)

that fill and hold ALL positions of influence and power under that swamp he was allegedly draining but instead got back filled

but that isn't saying much since most of those people are the worst fucking corrupt people this planet has ever seen (since we elected the last asshole).

I mean John Bolton sure hasn't disappointed us so far.

I am not sure I will ever fully "like" a politician and Don is no angel. In the end, it's all about power and I despise that. It should be about just enjoying being alive and letting others do the same. Unfortunately, the nature of humans is that we will always have dickheads and people that need a bit more help than others. A small number of dickheads cause most of the problems.

Sometimes, I just watch people interacting and it makes me cringe. I can watch a crowd and almost instantly pick out the people who are going to cause a problem. Or, in traffic. You can really see the people who are problem causers. Oh well.

Anyway - I thought that was a cool thing. Just to reach out on Twitter and say "Hey, if you see this - come shake my hand". Reminder that we are all just human. Things can get funky but there is always a way to make up.

Everything isn't Gloom and Doom because there's a good chance Trump is going to win re-election in 2020.
Take back the house, keep the senate, health reform passes.

It's 2022 (mid terms) and 2024 that would be in question. I'm hoping one of Trump's kid's run for office. Anyone one of them could run if they are old enough (didn't look it up yet).

What frustrates me is no one else on the right (in the house or senate) will support Trump. There's a handful of people (Lindsey Graham) who support Trump, but not many others.

The left has a hundred people plus the media spouting all this shit, and the right only has Trump, Lindsey, Newt Gingrich, Rush, Hannity, and FoxNews.
