Georgia cops were slammed by leftist groups and several media outlets after arresting numerous anti-fascist demonstrators who allegedly refused to remove their masks at a neo-Nazi rally Saturday.

Authorities in Newnan justified the arrests as the application of a state law making it illegal to wear a mask at public events, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The law was adopted in the 1950s to combat Ku Klux Klan gatherings, and had been used as recently as 2016 during a white supremacist rally. Masks were also one of the items listed as being prohibited during Saturday’s rally, according to USA Today. But some critics said police were out of bounds.

“We were peacefully protesting, yet they put guns in our faces and told us to take our masks off,” Jeremy Ortega, 19, told the Journal-Constitution.

Ortega, who was charged with a misdemeanor for breaking the no-mask law, said he and his fellow protesters were only covering their faces to avoid threats from the neo-Nazi groups. Instead, Ortega said, it was police who disrupted the peaceful protest -- a narrative picked up by some news outlets.

"Militarized Cops At Tiny Georgia Neo-Nazi Rally Arrest Counterprotesters For Wearing Masks," a Huffington Post headline blared. The Washington Post, meanwhile, sought to highlight the irony of the situation: "Georgia police invoke law made for KKK to arrest anti-racism protesters."

Hillary Clinton unleashed a “f--k-laced fusillade” about President Trump as they were preparing to debate in 2016, according to a new book.

The former Secretary of State took debate-prep sessions as “cathartic exercises” and her team members understood that she would sometimes go off on them, according to reporter Amy Chozick’s “Chasing Hillary.”

“'You want authentic, here it is!' she’d yelled in one 2016 prep session, followed by a f--k-laced fusillade about what a 'disgusting' human being Trump was and how he didn’t deserve to even be in the arena,” the book, out on Tuesday, recounts.

Chozick, who covered the 2016 campaign for the New York Times, also offered more nuggets from Clinton's headquarters in Brooklyn, where aide Huma Abedin reportedly focused on debate prep.

She practiced trying to “create a prime-time TV moment” similar to one that Bill Clinton had during an exchange about the economy with a woman in 1992.

“Hillary would take a couple of steps toward the questioner, make eye contact, empathize,” according to “Chasing Hillary.”

Debate-prep sessions before later debates also included mention of rape allegations against Bill Clinton after Trump threatened to say “something extremely rough” about the former First Family, according to another session of the book.

On Wednesday evening, the Ventura Police Department received a call about a homeless man “yelling and being disruptive” in the city’s promenade area, a bustling boardwalk flush with restaurants.

Officers in the area were busy, so police decided to monitor the man on a surveillance camera, ultimately deciding he was not a threat.

Hours later, police said, the man entered a nearby steakhouse and plunged a knife into the neck of Anthony Mele Jr., fatally wounding the 35-year-old while his wife and daughter looked on in horror.

Mele’s killing has roiled the city: Some residents are highly critical of police for failing to send officers after the initial complaint. Advocates for the homeless fear the attack could reverse the city’s progress in reaching out to its most vulnerable residents.

So a couple years ago some dudes agreed not to bid against one another on auctioned foreclosed homes, which is apparently a crime, and Hannity had a company that eventually purchased the home from said foreclosure flipper, and there's absolutely no evidence that Hannity had anything to do with the original "scheme" and was simply purchasing cheap homes?

Am I missing something nefarious here or is this just another desperate hit piece?
