The top entrances to each of the main bases on Isle are different. You can sneek a pod in both front doors, but you can only get the pod through the top entrance on the blood eagle base.
If you attempt this on the blood eagle base, you can't get the pod through on the left side, but you can on the right.
To me, this difference could mean a great deal considering how easy it is to rape w/ the pod. (pod can go in top and take out gen easily)
Should be able to fix it by moving the column on the top blood eagle base a little to the right to keep a pod from getting in.
