That's Freespace 2. The Rokh looks similar to the GTC Orion; and in Freespace 2 the cap ships all use the goddamn-huge lasers to shoot at each other. Actually, as far as the Amarr go, the whole laser graphics style should have been like Freespace's, it would have been far more impressive than the currently puny lasers.
