hoa is dragging its feet on repairing the column, and i'm having a new yard planted in 2 weeks

Patio remains shady throughout the day, impacting me and the dogs around 4pm. fan keeps the bugs off and a constant breeze so even though it's 90, it's freaking nice
ion speaker supplies epic noise for good music i can click off with my phone (cuz its blue tooth) so i can take/make calls as needed

Next them i'm doing is buying better patio furniture, probably this week
