I did two chickens on the rotisserie in the Weber tonight, damn good Sunday night dinner

Grilled a 4 pound top sirloin roast a while back. Great dinner and awesome lunch meat for rest of the week. Made it into philly cheese steaks too.

Looks perfect to me. Happy Father's Day. I've always liked med-rare, but I'm heading more toward rare lately.

JC's looks pretty good to me.
I prefer about another 3 minutes or so but I'd eat that in a heartbeat. Right off the bone with a little salt and pepper. Unf.

My camera makes it look more rare than it was. Internal was around 130 so definitely medium rare.

any meat that hasn't been processed is fine to eat nearly raw if you sear the outside, I'd never eat a hamburger anything less than medium to medium well
