I did two chickens on the rotisserie in the Weber tonight, damn good Sunday night dinner :)

Grilled a 4 pound top sirloin roast a while back. Great dinner and awesome lunch meat for rest of the week. Made it into philly cheese steaks too.
 
JC's looks pretty good to me.
I prefer about another 3 minutes or so but I'd eat that in a heartbeat. Right off the bone with a little salt and pepper. Unf.

But could just be a little more reds picked up by the camera too. Doesnt matter. I'd eat both.
 
any meat that hasn't been processed is fine to eat nearly raw if you sear the outside, I'd never eat a hamburger anything less than medium to medium well
