Let's talk Credit ratings

Ok,
So I have a fucking horrible FICO (Low 600s) but my wife has high 700s. Is there anyway I can leach off her to improve my rating but not lower hers?

Im a bum, I know.
 
If she has some kind of credit card with a big max limit and a low balance that has always been in good standing, become a co-card holder. And low 600s is not that bad.

yeah, we have one like that and it's been in great standing for almost 2 years now. low 600s (real low lol) says im "high risk"
 
Well I guess I was used to being in the 500s for quite awhile, so I might be skewed in my opinion. ;) I haven't checked in a year or so, but I should be above 700 now. Last time was 680s.
