left overs question. Corned beef hash

Made corned beef and cabbage last night, ended up going out for dinner. We have way to much of this stuff. I've never had corned beef and hash before, any tips?
 
Use some butter to saute some onion and garlic until well soft, add corned beef and cook through for 5 to 10 mins. Serve with toast, or rice.

Add some diced tomatoes for zing.

Lots of things, think outside the box.
