i had originally created by justin.tv account before twitch came to be....and for awhile, you could login to twitch using your justin.tv account, which is what i always did......then one day they apparently broke that, saying you needed a twitch only account (i guess there was a time when you could migrate your account...but i had missed the deadline)

so the only good thing about this, is that they re-enabled the migrating of accounts and was able to get my old justin.tv/twitch account migrated to twitch.
