Ive had it with 2 step auth every time I come here

I turn off 2 step auth, and it says I can't log in without it.
This is not a "bug," This just making tw too much of a hassle to bother.

Yes I've read all the "If you don't like it, fucking leave" messages the admins have been giving to anyone with an issue. I'm aware that leaving is an option, thanks.
 
it doesn't really bother me, but what exactly is the point of 2FA if sending code to email is an option

do we not do the email verification when someone signs up for a new account? how does doing it repeatedly prevent smurfs
 
i'm pretty sure AI bots could easily retrieve email verification codes from an email inbox created for them. :shrug:
 
I had the same problem. Clear your cookies for the site and relog back in with the 30 days thing checked.
