[IPOD] What program do you use?

So my ipod vid just fucked up again, and I think i have to reset it and stop using Real Player to do the transfers. Thing is I think iTunes is an authentic piece of shit. What does everyone else use for their ipod? There has to be something other than iTunes and Real Player that gets the job done without any screw ups.
