In my refridgerator I have 1 lb. of beef top sirloin steak [Cooking]

How should I prepare this piece of meat, tribalwar?

Note: I have two options

A.) Broiler
B.) Foreman

I realize the optimal choice is a grill, but my apartment complex does not permit grills on the premises.

Enlighten me.
 
sirloin is not the best grilling steak, you should make something like this

i feel like the foreman gets so damn hot so quickly that it doesnt give you a good chance to cook all the way through. I have this trouble with hamburgers

butterfly it open and cook on the foreman, or grill it in strips and put it in something else or on pasta


edit: i originally said gook instead of cook - perhaps you may want to consider marinating it first
