That is my feeling. I think this game is down to minor tweaks and bug fixes. I see a lot of complaints about vehicles, armour types, boundries etc. I think many of these things will have to redone in mods. So if you wish the game played XYZ.. then its your job to make mod XYZ.
 
Or we can come up with valid reasons WHY things need to change and then have the changes go in. Outside of bugs there are a lot of things that T:V could stand to have changed in many peoples eyes.
