honestly, I would try rubbing alcohol...it might dissolve the grease in the ointment. Water-based compounds like milk & water ain't gonna cut it. It's a menthol-like compound that's burning your nuts off, so something to help wash that away would work.

ya ima try that, seriously milk made it 10x worse. All it did was make me feel like a dumbass tea-bagging a glass of 1%.....

I should sue, they need a fucking disclaimer on the tube or some shit.
