Ice Cream - Assist me, TW

So I just got done making a very nice maple walnut ice cream and it's just divine. Therefore I have decided that this summer, instead of buying the mass produced supermarket crap like Breyers or whatever I will make my own more often. It tastes better, it has better ingredients (less sugar, yay) and I can make any flavor I want.

It's also incredibly easy to make. (Kitchenaid stand mixer + attachment ftw)

So I ask of you, Tribalwar - give me ideas for interesting ice cream flavors. If any look appealing I will attempt them and report my findings.

Oooh, good idea.

I'm not averse to baking, or having my wife bake so I may attempt that. Maybe blind bake a crust and break it into little pieces and put into blueberry ice cream. That might work.

This is number one on my list.
