This old black guy was being charged for picking up pecans off someone's property... The judge ordered a $3 restitution fee.
He also has to pay $300 just for court costs.

Go justice system!

Nothing to do with race, has everything to do with a country that has become obsessed with crime and punishment.

Obsessed with getting the money it cost just to show up to court.
I unfortunately live in the bible belt. Racism is the only reason I can imagine for such a stupid issue to get pushed so far.

The guy got arrested for stealing someones pecans. Whether it was $3 worth of pecans or $300 he's still a thief and should be charged accordingly. Socialist Vanster would rather people not have property.

To add to that, he got taken to court for stealing. the guy who took him to court had to pay $300 to prove the other dude was guilty. It only makes sense that the guilty party would pay those court costs as well.

they're public domain pecans once they hit the ground

just like i'm not stealign some guys oreo after it rolls under the bus seat

whoever gets there first has a delicious treat

It was an arraignment, he pleaded no contest. The accuser was not present.

the police treat black and white people the exact same and i know this because i'm white like everyone else on this board

I was accused of rape once, but lucky me I was careful not to tear her asshole up and used a condom for protection :)

I mean you heard nothing lalalalalalalalalala.

That doesn't sound like it makes sense at all.
