I need a new headset. Advice?

My current one is total crap. Left earpiece doesn't work half the time and the cord is extremely twisted.

I need some options. I definitely want a headset mic, none of that tabletop mic shit, and it can't be one that's murder on the ears. Undecided on a price range atm.

They don't sell it anymore. They sell the 151 for $70, though it doesn't seem to have any different features from the $35 pc30.
