That's unbelievably accurate.

I hate sites of any brick and moarter place that bury the address, contact info, and hours of operation in hard to find places, or even split the pieces of information up and disperse them across several pages.

Another thing for parks, arboretums, expos, unis, anything requiring a map, they will sometimes have an image of the map with key, but the resolution is just so that you cant read any of the text.
