how do i bind actions on other toolbars to my keyboard?

all the alt and shift and ctrl clicks in the options do appear to serve any purpose other than to aggravate me

Options> Key bindings.
or something liek that. Scroll down. Till you find the bar you want to bind it to.

Since a few patches ago WoW took a popular add-on called Sidebar and made it included. I still use the seperate sidebar though, since it shows you what keys you have bound to which buttons, the version in WoW only shows it on the keybindings menu.

I dont remember exactly what they call their sidebar buttons, but its something like right action bar button 1-20 or something like that.
